Architect
Elizabeth Slotnick
Elizabeth Slotnick is dedicated to providing creative, energy efficient design solutions that best respond to each
client's vision and unique set of expectations. Hers is a philosophy based on a commitment to timeless design in
which landscape, architecture and interiors interact to create an environment that is both spatially rich and
programmatically satisfying.
By listening to the client and understanding his or her needs and desires, she endeavors to exceed the client's
expectations with an architectural solution that is also sensitive to the environment, to the site, to its context, and to the
health of its inhabitants. While her most recent list of projects is mainly residential, she also has experience in the
design of library, university, commercial, corporate, research, hospitality, community, and housing facilities.
Elizabeth Slotnick founded her practice in 1998. She received her Masters of Architecture degree from Princeton
University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia. She is a registered architect in
Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York, is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the NW
